What is the difference between your furniture and the furniture that I can buy from a big retailer?

Our colors give you the ability to match your home, garden, lawn, deck, pool, porch, or bar area. We offer a 3 Year Commercial Warranty on the frames, vinyl, and paint to ensure that you get plenty of enjoyment from your new furniture.

Yes, in fact, all of our furniture is custom made for each customer order. We don’t paint or strap a piece of furniture until you have decided exactly what you want. What are your most popular pieces?

The 12" Chaise Lounge (C-120) is used most often at commercial properties. For places that cater to clientele that prefer a higher seat height, the 16" Chaise Lounge (C-160) is most popular. The Dining Chair (C-50) is most popular from our chair collection. Both 18" Side Tables, the one with a fiberglass top and the one with an Acrylic top, are very popular in pool areas. The 42" Dining Table with an umbrella hole is the most popular size among our patio tables.

What are your most popular colors?

White furniture is always a top seller, but we have several other popular colors, such as Vanilla, Driftwood, Camel, Saddle, Dark Brown, Terracotta, Dark Green, Turquoise, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Grey, Off White, Leisure Brown, Adobe, Burgundy, and Mistletoe. View color chart

What is the standard height for a lounge?

The standard height for a lounge is 12". This measurement is its height off the ground, or its seat height. Most commercial properties, like resorts, offer our 12" Chaise Lounge to their guests.

How many colors may I customize my furniture with?

You may customize your furniture with one color for the frame and 1, 2, or 3 colors for the straps. We offer over 45 colors in vinyl strapping and just over 30 colors for frames. Please visit our color chart for more info.

Where can I use my new furniture?

Anywhere you want! It is made to be durable and easy to clean, so you can use it as garden furniture, patio furniture, lawn furniture, beach furniture, outdoor bar furniture, outdoor dining furniture, etc. Our furniture is often used on the beach or poolside at resorts, hotels, apartment homes, condominiums, retirement mobile home communities, and campgrounds.

What is the difference between a fiberglass and an Acrylic table top?

The Acrylic table tops are clear with a hammered finish. They are great as a glass alternative and can replace glass tops if the table has a removable metal rim.
The fiberglass table tops do not fit inside a rim like the Acrylic tops. They are a solid top that is attached directly to the table base. Both tops are available with and without a hole for an outdoor umbrella. Both styles are very durable, but the fiberglass table weighs more.

Do you have glass table tops?

We offer Acrylic table tops as an alternative to glass. The Acrylic tops are clear with a hammered finish. Glass is heavy and, of course, can shatter into many small and dangerous pieces if broken. Acrylic is a beautiful, lightweight, and durable alternative to glass. Although Acrylic can break, as well, it less likely that it will.

Do the table tops come in different colors?

Yes, the fiberglass table tops may be painted to your specifications but all colors are not available and there will be an upcharge for the service. Prices may vary. Please call to inquire about color and price.

Can I get a patio umbrella to match my furniture?

Yes, we offer solid colors and patterned fabrics for our patio umbrella. We offer three grades of fabric for our outdoor umbrellas:
Grade A-Open Weave, which is offered in 13 of our most popular colors
Grade B- Close Weave, which is offered in 13 colors and is slightly more durable than Grade A
Grade C- Acrylics, which is available in solid colors and patterns and is the most durable of our fabrics

Is the furniture stackable?

All but a few pieces of our outdoor furniture is stackable. The Chaise Lounges, Dining Chair, Flat Arm Dining Chair, Sled Base Chair, and Sand Chair are stackable. The C-75 and C-75B Bar Chair, the Patio Tables and the A-18 Side Table are not stackable.

How much does the aluminum furniture weigh?

The rough weight of our furniture is as follows:

Chair= 10 lbs
Lounge= 20 lbs
Ottoman= 5 lbs
Table with top= c.a. 50 lbs
Table base= 5- 10 lbs
Cardboard box for shipping = 5lbs

What is the difference between round and flat aluminum tubing?

The round tubing is 1" in diameter and the flat tubing is 1 ½" W by ¾" H. Both types offer great style and durability.

Will my new patio furniture have a warranty?

How do I clean my patio furniture?

Regular cleaning with a mild detergent and a brush about every three weeks will help keep your furniture looking new. The aluminum frame of your patio furniture should be waxed with a light, non-compound car wax. It is best to bring your furniture in out of the sun when it is not in use. Please view our complete care and maintenance of aluminum outdoor furniture.

Do you refinish furniture?

Yes, we do offer patio furniture refinishing. Our refinishing process includes sandblasting the frame to remove blistered and weathered paint, a fresh coat of our durable powder coat paint, new straps, new glides, and repair of any broken welds. Our furniture refinishing truly restores your furniture to a like new condition at an affordable price. There may be an additional charge for replacing hardware and weld repairs.

How often will my patio furniture need to be refinished?

It depends on where it is placed and how it is used. Our aluminum patio furniture that is used at private residences can last several years if it remains in a covered patio or garden area with somewhat limited exposure to sun. Furniture that is used in heavy commercial areas, like beachfront resorts, may need to, at least, have their furniture restrapped annually. Repeated exposure to sun and sunscreen can be damaging to your furniture. Please refer to our care and maintenance instructions to ensure the longest possible life from your aluminum outdoor furniture.

What if I only want my furniture restrapped and not repainted?

We can restrap your furniture for you. We charge by the piece of furniture and can deliver and pickup if you are located nearby in Florida.

What if I only need one strap replaced?

Replacing just one strap will prove to be a continuing maintenance problem when the straps become rough and brittle. It will end up costing more money to keep replacing straps one by one than to just have the whole patio chair or chaise lounge restrapped at once.

How do you ship?

We use an over the road freight company to ship your new outdoor furniture to you. The cost is determined by weight and distance. Please call or e-mail us for a free shipping quote. All of our furniture is wrapped and boxed to ensure that it is in the best condition when it arrives at your door.
If you are located in Southwest or Central Florida it may be possible for us to deliver to you without the added cost of shipping. We are located in Sarasota, Florida and deliver to several locations throughout the state. The delivery charge varies. Please call or email us for a free quote.
