SHIPPING
Offering Worldwide Shipping!
At A&K Enterprise of Manatee, we understand that shipping fully assembled patio furniture can be costly. That’s why we leverage our network of trusted LTL carriers to find you the best possible rate. Carriers determine shipping costs based on the density and distance of the items. When your new outdoor furniture arrives, it may be boxed, palletized, or stacked without boxes in a trailer, depending on the number of items shipped. Rest assured, we’ll provide you with advanced notification of the delivery details. While shipping damage is rare, it’s crucial that you thoroughly inspect your shipment upon arrival. This includes opening boxes and, if necessary, removing the furniture. If you do find any damage, it must be noted on the freight bill for the shipping company to honor a damage claim. We’re here to assist you throughout this process if any issues arise. Shipping cartons, boxes, pallets, and handling fees are all included in the shipping price listed on your quote.

Receiving A Shipment
As the recipient of a shipment, it is your responsibility to inspect, and transport the freight from the curbside delivery point to its final destination. For large shipments, consider having a crew available to assist with unloading. Upon receipt, promptly open the boxes and thoroughly inspect the furniture in the presence of the driver. In the event of any damage, make sure to note it on the driver’s freight bill and take photographs. Failure to follow these guidelines will transfer ownership of the damaged items to you and make you accountable for all replacement costs.
If Damage is Found
If Damage is Found, please follow these steps:
1. Notify us within 24 hours at 941-355-6363.
2. E-mail us your signed freight bill and invoice number that has the damage noted on it. Our priority is to ensure that you don’t have to pay for replacement costs for damaged furniture.
To achieve this, it is crucial that you inspect the furniture in front of the driver and write on the freight bill that damage occurred. Please avoid refusing any pieces, as it incurs additional charges from the carrier for which you will be held responsible.
